I want to thank Shannon and her program the Insightful Firefighter. I've been a firefighter for over 10 years but my family was moving and I was looking to get on a new department. After miserably failing my first oral board I started her program and opted for the private coaching. After about month of coaching twice a week, I had an oral board with another department and made the list at #7. After a few more one-on-one sessions I had an oral board with a 3rd department and was the TOP candidate! The difference between how I performed at the first and last boards was night and day. By purchasing this package I understand and agree that Lt. Shannon is not promising that I will get hired. Lt. Shannon will help me during our 1:1 coaching sessions and it is up to me to apply what she says and do my best at the interview. At the end of our first session, you can decide if you want to move forward with the full package. If not, we end our agreement and I will refund your money minus the credit card processing fees. If you want to move forward we will schedule your sessions and there is no refunds of any payments. Your payment is your agreement to these terms.
