 Monthly Group coaching subscription:Two 60 minute sessions per month.

 After enrolling - you will get information about accessing your class portal.  All the recorded sessions will go here after the group coaching session.

You will receive an email from me, Lt. Shannon Sedlacek, informing you of the date and time of each live group coaching session.  That email will also tell you how to access the group sessions.  If you have any questions, shoot me an email at [email protected].

If you choose month to month subscription, your first month is Free and then each month is $29 or less than a $1/day! There is no obligation to continue. Your credit card will not be charged until after 30 days.  If you decide to continue (and I hope you do!) you will be charged the introductory rate of $29/month. Because you have joined the group at this rate, when I change the monthly rate, your rate will not change unless you decide to discontinue and rejoin later. If you want to end your subscription at any time, simply email me at shannon@insightfulfirefighter and I will cancel your subscription.
